Dr. Lisa Roberts graduated with high honors from Ross University School of Medicine in 2017, completing her residency in Internal Medicine at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL, and her Nephrology fellowship at the University of Rochester in 2022.
Prior to becoming a nephrologist, Dr. Roberts completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and worked in veterinary medicine between 1991 – 2012. She was also a competition level body builder!
Dr. Roberts genuinely cares about her patients and goes out of her way to ensure they have the best patient experience possible. Her passion is “medicine to help people and to make a difference in people’s lives.”
Outside of nephrology, Dr. Roberts enjoys traveling, nutrition, teaching, and spending time with her husband, Randy, and their golden retriever puppy.
